All of our products are made to order in our UK workshop. Our skilled craftsmen use a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern precision, ensuring our furniture is not just visually stunning but also structurally sound.
Eligibility
- All orders placed through our website from 01/07/2024 onwards.
- Orders taken through other platforms, such as Etsy, Amazon or other marketplaces, are not covered by this guarantee.
- The guarantee starts from the date of purchase.
- The guarantee only covers purchases delivered to an address in the United Kingdom and kept within the United Kingdom for the lifetime of the product.
- Only domestic use is covered; we do not cover commercial use currently.
- The guarantee is not transferable and only covers the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required at the time of any claim.
- Any furniture that has been modified will not be covered unless cleared with us first that this is an acceptable modification that will not affect your guarantee.

What Isn't Covered?
- Any issues arising as a result of normal wear and tear.
- Any issues arising due to improper care or accidental damage.
- Any issues arising from the natural characteristics of real wood, such as normal wood movement over time or cracks due to wood movement.
